Penelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan menganalisis timbulan, komposisi, dan pengolahan sampah di dua SPPG, yaitu SPPG X, dan SPPG Y. Pengambilan data selama 8 hari berturut-turut mengacu pada SNI 3964:2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata timbulan sampah di SPPG X sebesar 89,8 kg/hari (0,033 kg/org/hari) dengan densitas 325 kg/m³, sedangkan di SPPG Y sebesar 87,7 kg/hari (0,035 kg/org/hari) dengan densitas 326 kg/m³. Komposisi sampah didominasi sampah makanan (83,6% dan 83,1%) berat (59,6% dan 57,1%) volume dan plastik lembaran (15,7% dan 15,6%) berat dan (38,0% dan 38,8%) volume. Fluktuasi timbulan sampah dipengaruhi oleh jenis menu, tingkat kesukaan penerima, dan teknik pengolahan bahan baku. Pengolahan sampah saat ini terbatas pada pemanfaatan organik untuk pakan ternak (kedua lokasi) dan pengomposan (khusus Y), sementara sampah anorganik belum dikelola optimal. Rekomendasi teknis meliputi pemilahan terstruktur, kerja sama dengan bank sampah, serta pengembangan teknologi maggot Black Soldier Fly (BSF) sebagai alternatif reduksi organik yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi data baseline bagi pengelolaan sampah di kedua SPPG studi kasus dan lokasi serupa.
