Secara simultan, digitalisasi pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 23,148 > Ftabel sebesar 4,08 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and involvels a sample of 51 employee of PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih city. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The results of the hypothesis test show that the compensation variable (X) has a significance effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-count value of 6,057 > t-table 2.00958, and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination shows that the impact of compensation on omployee performance at PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa Prabumulih City is 0,428 or 42,8%, while the remaining 57,2% is influwnced by other factors. The results of the study from simple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 10,257 + 0,744x + e, and the results show that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. The results showed that services (X1) and facilities (X2) had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on ticket purchasing decisions (Y). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa di Pit SJS, 7 lokasi dievaluasi dan 35 % di antaranya berhasil memperoleh skor di atas 270 poin, menunjukkan area tersebut secara keseluruhan sudah aman untuk dilaksanakan kegiatan peledakan. Sementara itu, di Pit BTA, meskipun 65 % dari 13 lokasi memperoleh skor tinggi, terdapat 2 lokasi dengan skor hanya mencapai 260 poin, menandakan masih perlu perhatian khusus. Permasalahan utama di Pit SJS terbatas pada akses jalan masuk, sedangkan di Pit BTA meliputi sejumlah aspek teknis seperti kondisi jalan dan kualitas lubang ledak. Penelitian ini juga mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri ESDM Nomor 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 tentang Kaidah Teknik Pertambangan yang baik, sebagai acuan penerapan standar keselamatan dalam kegiatan peledakan.
