Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan anggota, seperti kepatuhan terhadap aturan jam kerja, tanggung jawab, dan ketepatan waktu, menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas dan konsistensi kinerja. Selain itu, ketersediaan fasilitas kerja yang memadai, seperti peralatan produksi, perlengkapan kerja, dan dukungan teknis, sangat membantu kelancaran aktivitas usaha anggota binaan. Interaksi antara kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi peningkatan produktivitas. Temuan terhadap aspek perilaku kerja dan dukungan sarana untuk mencapai tujuan koperasi secara berkelanjutan.
