Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja (X1) berdampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (Y) (t hitung = 5,090 > t tabel = 2,002 dan sig = 0,000 < 0,05), serta penghargaan (X2) juga berdampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (Y) (t hitung = 2,569 > t tabel = 2,002 dan sig = 0,013 < 0,05). Secara simultan, disiplin kerja (X1) dan penghargaan (X2) berdampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai (Y) (F hitung = 28,990 > F tabel = 3,16 dan sig = 0,000 < 0,05) Besarnya dampak Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Penghargaan (X2) terhadap Efektivitas kerja (Y) ditunjukkan dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,487 atau 48,7% sedangkan sisanya 0,513 atau 51,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti lingkungan kerja, pengawasan dll. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja dan sistem penghargaan yang baik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai di lingkungan instansi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keserasian kerja (match factor) antara alat gali muat dan alat angkut pada kegiatan pemindahan material overburden. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Excavator Caterpillar 390FL sebagai alat gali muat dan Of Higlway Truck (OHT) 773E sebagai alat angkut. Perhitungan match factor dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dua alat utama tersebut bekerja secara sinkron dalam satu siklus kerja tambang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai match factor antara kedua alat adalah 0,96 yang mengindikasikan bahwa alat gali muat belum bekerja secara penuh karena sering mengalami waktu tunggu (idle time) akibat keterlambatan kedatangan alat angkut. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa alat angkut bekerja 100% sementara alat gali muat hanya bekerja sebesar 96%. Diketahui bahwa produktivitas Excavator Caterpillar 390FL mencapai 557,77 BCM/jam, sedangkan OHT 773E memiliki produktivitas 372,29 BCM/jam. Ketidakseimbangan ini menunjukkan adanya ketidaksinkronan antara alat gali muat dan alat angkut dalam proses pengangkutan material. Melalui perhitungan match factor ini, penclitian bertujuan memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi aktual keserasian kerja alat di lapangan, yang dapat dijadikan dasar pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan teknis pada kegiatan operasional tambang.
