Hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan kelapa sawit pada petani desa karya mulia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan yaitu Fhitung > Ftabel atau 61.555 > 3,126 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi(R2 ) dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel kualitas produk dan varaibel harga terhadap varaiabel volume penjualan adalah sekitar sebesar 62,7%. The type of research used in this study is quatitative research with a descriptive approach. The focus of this research includes whether compensation effects employee performance. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and involvels a sample of 51 employee of PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa, Prabumulih city. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The results of the hypothesis test show that the compensation variable (X) has a significance effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-count value of 6,057 > t-table 2.00958, and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination shows that the impact of compensation on omployee performance at PT. Cindo Abadi Perkasa Prabumulih City is 0,428 or 42,8%, while the remaining 57,2% is influwnced by other factors. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 konsumen self photo studio cabang prabumulih. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif pedekatan deskriptif serta menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibuat dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil Pengujian statistik diperoleh bahwa variabel Promosi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2.758 >1985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,007 < 0,05. Variabel Harga (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 4.187 > 1985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 30.348 >394 dan nilai sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan output model summary di dapatkan tabel uji determinasi (R2) yang memberikan Ajusted R square sebesar 0,382 hal ini berarti 38,2% berpengaruh pada Promosi (X1) dan Harga (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) sedangkan sisanya 61,8% Kepuasan Konsumen berpengaruh oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.
